Shipping policy

We will try to ensure any in stock items are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends). You will receive an e-mail once your order has been dispatched with tracking details (If tracked delivery has been purchased).

For custom/personalised orders, our current turnaround is 4 weeks. For resin orders this may be longer due to curing times. For any item we need to order in (such as jewellery blanks) this may be longer dependant on our supplier and awaiting your inclusions. For flower preservations we will contact you to discuss details and current turnaround so please ensure you leave your phone number and email address when ordering. Some flowers take approximately 2 weeks to dry followed by 2 weeks in quarantine to ensure the are fully dried inside. Your item/s will then be started pouring in layers. Your item may need additional sanding and top coating. This is followed by 3 weeks to fully cure before posting to you.
